He holds a Bachelor's and Doctorate in Psychology and is highly committed to academic and business management, with a solid track record in educational leadership. Currently, he holds the position of General Secretary of Academics and Development at Universidad Siglo 21, where he has been responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive institutional growth and academic innovation. His focus on key areas such as educational development, institutional management, and the integration of technology into teaching processes has allowed the university to position itself as a leader in higher education in Argentina. Prior to his current position, Leonardo was appointed Vice-Rector of Innovation, Research and Postgraduate Studies (VIIP) at Siglo 21 University, a position in which he has promoted the creation of interdisciplinary teams focused on changing realities through research and quality education. In addition, he has led various research projects and publications that seek to improve educational outcomes and promote innovative teaching practices. His work has been instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional educational frameworks and modern technology-driven approaches, ensuring that Siglo 21 University remains at the forefront of educational excellence.
