Is the News Director at Medcom Corporation and a journalist with over 35 years of experience. She has worked in television, newspapers, magazines, and radio. She was the News Director of América TV and Canal N, a correspondent in Peru for the Spanish newspaper El País, and a contributor to The New York Times. She was a member of the board of Transparency International. She was one of the Instituto Prensa y Sociedad (IPYS) founders in 1993. She chairs the IAPA's Events and Sponsorship Committee.
