Is dean of the School of Communication and Information Technology at Hemisferios University in Ecuador. He is also executive director of the Latin American Council for the Accreditation of Education in Journalism and Communication (CLAEP). He holds a master's degree in administration from the Universitá degli Studi di Bari, Italy.
