Is the IAPA executive director. He is a journalist and international expert on press freedom. From 2017 to 2021, he headed the freedom of expression portfolio of the Open Society Foundation's independent journalism program. He previously served as program director and program officer for the Americas at the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ). He holds a degree in journalism from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
