Carlos Jornet is the journalistic director of La Voz del Interior, Córdoba, Argentina, and chairman of the IAPA's Committee on Freedom of the Press and Information. He is a former president of the Asociación de Entidades Periodísticas Argentinas (ADEPA). He is a lawyer, holds a degree in Information Sciences and a master's degree in Business Management. Author of the book 'Gestión periodística' and co-editor of 'Tiempos turbulentos: Medios y libertad de expresión en la Argentina de hoy'.
